Park Yoon-Jo (Lee Yeon-Hee) is a young woman working in PR. She gets hired by a large corporation where her friend Ryu Jae-Min (Hong Jong-Hyun) works, but she is hired during a special employment event at which her measly two-year college degree is ignored in favor of her skills. Her new job, however, proves constantly challenging as she is regarded by other employees as a "diversity hire" who doesn't deserve her position.
She ends up working closely with a PR consultant Goo Yi-Jung (Moon So-Ri), while her personal — and her company's corporate — dramas play out.

Running commentary
Only in Korea's homogeneous society could someone be considered a "diversity hire" simply because they went to a two-year college. Tells you something about the challenges right there. This was a pretty low-key drama, about a talented and ambitious woman trying to make it in the corporate world.
