Kim Bong-Seok, Jang Hui-Soo and Lee Gang-Hoon all attend the same high school, and each of them is endowed with a super-power that they must keep secret. One is super-strong, one heals all wounds and physical damage, and one flies/floats, and must keep himself weighted down at all times.

They — and their parents — are part of a secret NIS branch that tracks people with special abilities, even if the kids don't know it yet. But a Korean-born American shows up and starts assassinating the older (retired) generation of super-powered adults.
